The item you purchase is tailored to your specific preferences you specify during the order. In the Custom box, along with the invoice and certificate of the company, it is delivered securely to the address you specify. Your order is secured by the Business Bridges Group until it is delivered to you by the carrier.

You can also give delivery and billing addresses differently so that your invoice can reach you, and your gift will reach your loved ones.

The details page for the product you purchased indicates how many days your order will be delivered to the carrier. (1-2 business days for items in stock, 7 business days maximum for products to be manufactured)

Orders placed are delivered to the carrier on Saturday (14:00a), Sunday, public holidays and holidays.

The carrier delivers outside Sunday, public holidays and holidays.

You will be notified by email when your order is delivered to the carrier.

If you want to order through a quick courier (inside istanbul), you can take advantage of this service by paying the courier company an extra charge.

If the recipient cannot be found at the delivery address, the cargo company leaves a visit notice. If the recipient, whose visit notice has been left, does not contact the courier company within 3 days, the courier company returns the package to business-bridges.com.

Check the products you ordered by comparing them with the delivery note during delivery. In case you think the products are missing or damaged, do not take the package by keeping a record to the cargo authority. Inform the business-bridges.com order representative using the contact form. Your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible with the necessary examination. When you receive the product, you agree that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty.
